Skookumchuck is a Native American term that means strong water or fresh, healthy water.  Our skookumchuck blend combines the bold and flavorful breakfast blend with our dark french roast.  It's an extra dark blend with a robust flavor that is definitely "strong water".  Another local favorite, this blend is served at Kate's Cattleman's and gets rave reviews.
